Generations Medical Centre is an independent, not-for-profit, community-governed health centre delivering integrated, team-based primary care. We are co-located within Generations Toronto, an intergenerational community where seniors, families, and individuals live and support one another. Our purpose is to bring coordinated, multidisciplinary care to our immediate community and the neighbourhoods around us, with a focus on people who have been underserved by the health system.
